- All prices quoted include GST at 10%.
- To secure your booking, from 10% to 25% deposit of the total accommodation
amount must be paid by credit card when you make your booking.
- Full payment must be received by credit card 21 days prior to
occupancy. Please note that this final payment for accommodation balance may
be directly charged to your credit card account from the accommodation house
that you have booked.
- All cancellations must be received in writing, and incur a fee of
AUD$40. Cancellations more than 21 days prior to occupancy are entitled to a full refund, minus cancellation fee of AUD$40.
Cancellations between 21 and 8 days prior to occupancy incur a '2 night
charge' and cancellation fee of AUD$40. No refund is available for
cancellations less than 7 days prior to occupancy, on day of occupancy, or
after occupancy.
- Port Douglas Daintree Accommodation and Tours reserves the right to
alter your booking or change your place of accommodation if deemed
necessary, or if caused by matters beyond our control. Alternative
accommodation may be provided to the same standard, or the difference will
be refunded.
- Port Douglas Daintree Accommodation and Tours only books and
recommends qualified and accredited tour operators and accommodation houses.
Port Douglas Daintree Accommodation and Tours is a booking facility
only, and cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death caused in
relation to bookings made by us on your behalf, or information provided to
you by us in good faith.
